GCIS INTELLIGENCE UPDATE: Indictments allege that from January 2009 to May 13, 2010, Fabian Dunbar, 25, and Antonio Clark, 25, both of Leavenworth, Kansas, were part of a drug trafficking organization operating in three neighborhoods in Leavenworth. Last June, 15 residents of Leavenworth were indicted on charges of participating in a drug trafficking organization. A superseding indictment adds Dunbar and Clark to those charged.
