Palestinian Authority officials have announced that the U.S. State Department has upgraded the PLO status from "bureau" to "general delegation", allowing them diplomatic immunity. The decision gives the PLO the same U.S. status as Canada and other western European countries, though stops short of allowing them an embassy. �(Read Full Article)
