GCIS INTELLIGENCE UPDATE: Two Americans were reported captured after a gun battle with Taliban insurgents in eastern Afghanistan. The U.S. Military is not commenting on whether they were civilians or military personnel, but NATO officials, not identifying their nationality, did admit that the two came up missing after they left their compound Friday afternoon. Afghan officials believe that one may have been killed, since it is not typical of the Taliban to take hostages. A reward is being offered for their return.
