GCIS INTELLIGENCE UPDATE: Cruze Anthony White last night surrendered to FBI agents and a deputy U.S. Marshal on a highway located on the Red Lake Indian Reservation. White had been a federal fugitive since being charged in the November shooting death of 22-year-old Julian Keith DeMarrias, of Redby. Two others were injured.
